Order processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays. Processing may take longer during promotions or high-volume periods.

Free U.S. standard shipping

Petite Maison USA offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Available shipping methods and any expedited options are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery

Standard domestic delivery generally takes 2-7 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout. Carrier tracking may take time to update after the label is created.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email info@petitemaisonusa.com immediately. We can only change an address before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. boxes and eligible military addresses are shipped through supported postal services when available.

International shipping

International delivery is available only when an eligible destination and shipping method are offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, loss, or transit damage, email info@petitemaisonusa.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier and keep you updated by email.
